Adding a New Supplier

To add a supplier to the Supplier master file:

Open the Supplier Update screen.

Refer to "Opening the Supplier Master File".

Select FILE | NEW.

Micronet displays the Supplier Update screen in Add Mode.

Enter the supplier details on the following tabs:

Supplier details - refer to "File - Supplier - Supplier"
Bank details - refer to "File - Supplier - Bank"
Trading Terms - refer to "File - Supplier - Terms"
Extra information - refer to "File - Supplier - Extra"
Supplier Buy Names - refer to "File - Supplier - Buy Names"
Group 1 sell price names - refer to "File - Supplier - Group 1"
Group 2 sell price names - refer to "File - Supplier - Group 2"
Default stationery Formats - refer to "File - Supplier - Formats"
Pickup addresses - refer to "File - Supplier - Pickup (v2.7)"
Supplier Text - refer to "File - Supplier - Text".

Select FILE | SAVE.
